01 Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Beyond Expression website, mobile experience or atelier services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Beyond Expression Pvt. Ltd. (“Beyond Expression”, “we”, “our”).
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services. We may revise these terms occasionally — the “Last updated” date above will reflect any change.
02 Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.
- Provide accurate, current information when registering.
- Notify us immediately at info@beyondexpression.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or close accounts that misuse our services or violate these terms.
03 Orders & payments
Each order placed through our website is an offer to purchase, accepted by us upon order confirmation and successful payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.
04 Pricing & taxes
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Gold and diamond rates are revised daily based on prevailing market prices, so the value of your basket may change until checkout is completed.
Each piece is finished, hallmarked and insured before it leaves our studio.
05 Shipping & delivery
Pan-India shipping is complimentary on every order. Each piece is fully insured during transit and requires a signature at delivery. For full timelines see our Help centre.
- In-stock pieces: dispatched within 3 working days.
- Made-to-order: typically 14–28 working days.
- Bridal sets: 30–60 working days, communicated upon order confirmation.
06 Returns & exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for ready-to-ship pieces. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.
Non-returnable items: custom designs, engraved pieces, bridal sets, and altered items. See full guidance in the Help centre.
07 Custom & bridal orders
Custom and bridal commissions are produced exclusively for you. A non-refundable design advance of 25% confirms your commission. The balance is due before dispatch.
We share renderings, CAD previews and stone selections for your approval at each milestone — once approved, changes may incur additional charges.
08 Warranty & care
Every Beyond Expression piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects, plus complimentary annual cleaning at any atelier. Damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorised alterations is not covered.
09 Intellectual property
All content on this website — including designs, photography, copy and the Beyond Expression name — is owned by Beyond Expression or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.
10 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Expression is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
