How do I track my order?
Once dispatched you’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also see live status under My Account › Orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — ready-to-ship pieces can be amended within 12 hours of placing the order. Custom and bridal commissions can be adjusted before the design-lock milestone.
I haven’t received my confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Write to info@beyondexpression.in with your order reference and we’ll resend it within minutes.
02 Shipping & delivery
What are the delivery timelines?
- In-stock pieces: 3 working days.
- Made-to-order: 14–28 working days.
- Bridal sets: 30–60 working days, confirmed on order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship globally via fully insured courier. International orders typically take 7–14 working days from dispatch; duties may apply.
Is signature required at delivery?
Yes. For your security, every package requires the recipient’s signature and a photo ID matching the order details.
03 Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Custom, engraved or altered pieces are non-returnable. Full terms in our Terms of Service.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned piece (typically 2–3 working days), refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Absolutely. Exchanges of equal or higher value are encouraged. Reach out and we’ll arrange a complimentary pickup and a fresh dispatch.
04 Sizing & fit
How do I find my ring size at home?
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets and measure the length in mm. Match it to our online Ring Size Guide. We also send a complimentary ring sizer on request.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes — first resizing within a year of purchase is free for most rings (excluding eternity bands and certain settings). Subsequent resizing is charged at material cost only.
What about necklace or bangle sizing?
We standardise around 16″ / 18″ for necklaces and 2.4″ / 2.6″ for bangles. Custom lengths are available at checkout or by request.
05 Care & warranty
How do I care for my jewellery at home?
Avoid perfume, chlorine and harsh chemicals. Store each piece in its original pouch and wipe with a soft cloth after wear. We offer complimentary annual cleaning at any Beyond Expression atelier.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in setting, soldering and finishing. Damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorised repair is excluded.
How long is the BIS hallmark valid?
The BIS hallmark is permanent and signifies the gold purity at the time of manufacture — it remains valid for the life of the piece.

06 Custom & bridal
How does a custom commission work?
Four milestones, each with your approval:
- Brief — we capture inspiration, occasion and budget.
- Design — sketches and CAD renderings to lock the form.
- Stone selection — you choose from curated certified gems.
- Crafting & delivery — hand-made by master karigars.
What’s the bridal timeline?
We recommend booking 4–6 months before the wedding date. Full bridal sets take 30–60 working days; semi-bridal sets, 21–35 working days.
Is the design advance refundable?
The 25% advance secures your slot and covers initial design and stone-sourcing. It becomes non-refundable once you approve the CAD renderings — until then it can be cancelled at no cost.
07 Account & payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major debit and credit cards, net-banking, EMI on select cards, and wire transfer for high-value bridal orders. International orders accept major cards and PayPal.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? and enter your email. We’ll send a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes.
Is my payment information stored?
No. Card details are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways and never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
